Daily Devotional for November 18, 2020

See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction. Isaiah‬ ‭48:10‬ ‭

Osteen says today, “I’ve learned that God is not as interested in changing my circumstances as He is in changing me...While God is changing the ‘where’, allow Him to change the who.” If there’s not a shift in our hearts and perspective change in our minds, it doesn’t matter where we go nor what we REceive we’ll struggle with JOY and BEing at peace. But when we allow the Father to shape us and mold us as we are tried T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, REgrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak) the fire, we will come out shaped to our purpose and suited in the full armor of God and a mindset to move mountains.

Exodus 22

Exodus 22:3 confirms, “Anyone who steals must certainly make restitution...”. Whether tangible or not we must REclaim what the enemy has stolen from us, and REfuse to allow him to do it again. Not only do we have a personal REsponsibility to care for ourselves, we have a social REsponsibility as well. To paraphrase verses 21 and 29, Let us not mistreat or oppress others for we were once like them, but give freely in this life what we have stored up to give whether gifts, talents or treasures.

REflection from Practicing Gratitude

Today we BEgin Day 1 from Practicing Gratitude by the Theology of Work Project. The message BEgins, “Gratitude is a spiritual practice of seeing and celebrating the good in the world around you. This is easier said than done...and learning to notice the good takes practice.” Whatever we have, no matter how big or small, BE grateful, and whatever we have—no matter how little or how much—give freely and it will BE given unto us. Change your mind, change your life. Change your perspective for positivity and to prosper.

John 11:25-26

As we experience things in life and BEcome broken, He will give us life and REstoration to BEgin again. We were built to break, but the Father wants to put us back together again with an opportunity to live and live more abundantly here on earth and life BEyond with Him. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

No worries nor wishing but His will this Wednesday, my friend.
