Daily Devotional for October 5, 2020

“When the Lord takes pleasure in anyone’s way, he causes their enemies to make peace with them.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16:7‬ ‭

As I’ve been REading the devotionals lately from Joel Osteen, I can say that they make me REflect on where I’ve come from and the difference truly trusting God has made in my life. There was a time where I thought I was in control, yet when this was the case, I was the most frustrated, worried and stressed out, trying to make things work out. However, when I finally truly learned to trust the Father I literally experienced a shift. I truly BEgan to see how even the storms and difficulties in life He works for my good, and as stated by Osteen, “The storms cannot take me where He will not permit me to go.” Let us trust His plan and His route for our prolific destiny.

Deuteronomy 22

As we go along life’s JOurneY let us work to purge the evil from among us (Deuteronomy‬ ‭22:21‬), for God is love and His ways are good and work for good.

Tony Evans encourages us in the series “Spiritual Purpose”, to seek to know God more intimately, for a deeper knowledge of God can lead us to a deeper understanding of ourselves as God’s sons and daughters and His purpose and plan for our lives.

1 Chronicles 16:11

May we always seek the Father and work to REflect what He has done for us in our daily lives for ourselves and others through love and with grace and mercy. May we look to His strength when doing for ourselves and others may BE difficult. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Make the most of this marvelous Monday made by the Master, my friend.
