Daily Devotional for September 27, 2021

“But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭1:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I must share just about verbatim every word from Osteen’s devotional this morning, BEcause it perfectly aligns with what I have experienced. “When I look back over my life, and see the pivotal moments when I really grew I was pushed. At the time I didn’t like it, and I wanted to stay where I was. I wouldn’t have done it on my own. God had to shut the door and force me to take steps of faith. He pushed me into my purpose.”

Osteen goes on to say, “Sometimes we’re praying against the very thing God has ordained, against what He has set in motion. The enemy doesn’t close every door. Sometimes God closes the door.”

That marriage that you’re praying for Him to save, is it supposed to be severed BEcause you are not equally yoked? Those companies you keep applying to aren’t REsponding, BEcause maybe you need to BE still and await the opportunity for growth and promotion internally. Or maybe you’ve gotten too comfortable in the position you are in, and God is REady to catapult you into a place you don’t feel qualified to lead.

Don’t self-sabotage. As Osteen says, “The closed door means you’re about to be pushed into your purpose…” We know when one door closes, another one will open, and even if you don’t see one, when you walk by faith and not by sight, God will create one specifically for you. Don’t REvert, but REflect. What you prayed for may come in a way that you didn’t imagine, for His ways are not our ways.

Numbers 10

As the Lord, in Numbers 10:35, we too have to rise up and let our enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee. A discussed in the previous message, God closes some doors for us to leave things (including people) behind. He then opens up, and sometimes creates new doors that will also create new windows of opportunity in our lives, and new RElationships ordained for new seasons in our lives.

REflection from I Am: 7 Keys to Unlock Your Future

Today’s message from “I Am: 7 Keys to Unlock Your Future, speaks to creativity. “There is no higher calling than using our gifts to glorify God and to bless others. And creativity is one of the primary ways we do that…. If creativity is God’s gift to us and a way we honor Him, then we can and should embrace it.” As we are encouraged to declare from the text, let us use our talents to REflect God’s glory. Let us not let anything or anyone keep us from using the gifts He has given us as a blessing and to BE a blessing to others.

Isaiah 26:3

Focus on the Father to BE kept in peace and not of the world in pieces. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

May you manifest by moving with the Master this Monday.
