Daily Devotional for December 25, 2020

“Abraham fell facedown; he laughed and said to himself, ‘Will a son be born to a man a hundred years old? Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?’” Genesis‬ ‭17:17‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“It may look impossible, but if you’ll stay in faith, everything God promised you will come to fulfillment”, Osteen REassures us this Christmas morning. As we BEgin this day, let us REflect on the mindset we had as children awakening on Christmas. We BElieved. There was nothing our little minds thought was impossible for us to REceive each Christmas morning. The things we REceived we counted all JOY, and the things that we didn’t, we went right back asking for without any hesitation. That’s the type of faith we must REnew in our spirit and mind even now. As the disciples are asked in Luke 8:25, “Where is your faith?” Today, My faith and trust is in my Father, and I’m BElieving Osteen’s words, that whatever God has started in my life, He will finish. I have truly come too far from where I started from.

As baby Jesus was born this day—a miracle to BEhold, that REminds me that yet today, our Father is still in the miracle working business. If He did it BEfore, He can do it again, for nothing is impossible for God. Yes, I’m a BEliever on this Christmas, and not in a commercialized figure, but in the One true and living—Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, Who was, is, and is to come; the One who can do all things but fail in my life. Not one who supposedly appears once a year, but to the One who is omnipresent and NEVER leaves me, never forsakes me, never failing—our Savior and Lord.

Jeremiah 19

As we JOurneY along life’s glorious adventure, may we proclaim the word of our Lord and Savior, and not deny Him and bring disaster upon our lives as in Jeremiah 19.

REflection from Waiting on God

Let us not go another day allowing things and people to stand in the way of deepening our relationship with God and exercising our faith in Him, as stated by Dr. Stanley. Further, “If the Lord puts His finger on something in your life, then set your mind to deal with it immediately.” Let us not put off the gift He has blessed us with—discernment. We know what we feel deep down inside and what we ask Him to REveal. Trust Him with your life and to lead you to true JOY, LOVE, PEACE, and HAPPINESS that only He can give.

Isaiah 9:6

He was born to set us free, so let us not live in bondage with people and burdens of life, but in fullness of JOY, LOVE, PEACE, and HAPPINESS only He can fulfill.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Feel the freedom of the Father this Friday, my friend.
