Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever. Psalm 125:1

Today’s scripture associated with Osteen’s message comes from Psalm 125:1, and says, “Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever.” Osteen emphasizes the importance of trusting in the Father not only in the good times, but the challenging times. One way is to REflect. Take a moment to consider something amazing that happened in your life. Now, REmind yourself that it didn’t just happen. You had to go through something to get it, and may have BEen denied, turned down or REjected initially. But had that not happened, you would not have REaped the REward. We’ve BEen focused on faith. Faith it every day through fear, frustration, and the fire, to get to the favor God has in store for you.

Genesis 16

Let us patiently wait on the Father and His timing in our lives. As with Sarai in Genesis 16, when we take our lives into our own hands, choosing not to wait on the Lord, we may REgret the outcome and work to blame others for what we suffer. REmember, faith; it’s the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).

REflection from Closer to God Each Day

Today we BEgin another series with Joyce Meyer, “Closer to God Each Day”. Today she says, “God has created us to withstand a certain amount of pressure and tension…Peace is meant to be the normal condition for every believer in Jesus Christ…and in Jesus we find our own inheritance of peace. It is a gift from the Holy Spirit, which He gives as we live in obedience to His Word.” Are you seeking peace for yourself? You are REsponsible for it, and no one but the Father can provide it. Seek Him as your source for He will give you peace and not keep you in pieces.

Psalm 34:18

Trust in the Lord and seek Him. He will take your broken pieces and give you peace. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
