Daily Devotional for February 22, 2021

“For you, O God, have tested us; you have tried us as silver is tried.” (Psalms‬ ‭66:10‬ ‭NRSV‬‬)

We all have to go T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak) preparation periods, continuously BEing shaped and molded for different seasons in our lives. We will endure night seasons, but God will always bring us light. As Osteen emphasized this morning, “He uses the night seasons to refine us...you grow in your tough times...and He will bring you out of your night season and get you where you are supposed to be.” I don’t know about you, but I can feel the breaking of day!

Titus 3

As we JOurneY along in expectancy, may we BE REminded to “...be obedient, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show every courtesy to everyone” (Titus‬ ‭3:1-2‬ ‭NRSV‬‬).

REflection from Winning the War in Your Mind

As we REmain forward, focused, following our Father in faith (and not fear) and favor, we are REminded by today’s message from “Winning the War in Your Mind” that we must REwire our brain to REnew our mind. 2 Corinthians 5:17 REminds us BEcause we are in Christ, we are new creatures: old things are passed away, to include our thought process. Pastor Craig Groeschel encourages us to, “Keep renewing your mind with God’s truth, and it will become true of you.” Change your mind, change your life. We walk with the King, and He can do all things, but fail. Trust in Him and His ways and His word which never REturns void.

Isaiah 43:19

God is preparing you. Are you REady? You may not see it, but He speaks in unexpected ways, preparing us for what is to come as a part of His plan for our lives. He can do what the eye can’t see nor mind cannot conceive. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
